Acute Laser is not just a contract laser cutter. We have extensive Parts Development capabilities which many of our clients put to good use in solving their design and fabrication problems.

The process of parts development and prototyping can be time consuming and costly, particularly where a number of parts need to be cut and folded for fabrication into a higher assembly. With our dual capabilities of laser cutting and sheet metal folding combined with our CAD drafting skills and industry experienced staff, we are your ideal partner in this process from initial prototype development to full scale volume production.

CAD files are maintained in a database for each of our clients by part number. Newly developed or supplied files are added as they are approved. From there it is a simple matter of our client supplying to us a list of part numbers and quantities required for a particular production run.

Our clients needs vary in size and complexity from small to quite large. We maintain parts databases for some clients containing several thousand individual parts. Through close co-operation with our clients and use of technology we are able to manage these and process large and complex orders efficiently and with accuracy.
