Acute Laser operates three press brakes all using the latest technology for accuracy and repeatability.

• The Trumpf V230 is a 230 Tonne machine with a three metre bed.
• The LVD PPEB 135 is a 135 Tonne machine with a three metre bed.
• The LVD PPEB 220 is a 220 Tonne machine also with a three metre bed.

All three machines have automatic crowning which ensures that long parts are presses accurately over their entire length. All are new machines of high quality construction and fully computerised CNC controls. The parts are programmed on our pressing software and sent via the computer network to the presses ensuring operators always have accurate pressing instructions and parts are always accurate and to specification.

Both LVD machines use laser bend measuring and control systems ensuring bend angles are extremely accurate.

A large range of tooling is held and being added to continuously ensuring a wide range of materials and bending specifications can be accurately produced.

As well as the usual air bending tools, we have a coining set for accurate bottom bending of thinner materials, a hemming tool set and a full range of radius tools.
