Our staff are skilled CAD operators with extensive experience in all types of parts development using all types of sheet metal across a wide range of industries. Reproduction of Existing Parts

We are able to take an existing part and develop a CAD file that can then be cut in prototype on the laser, verified against the original part and when correct, produced in the quantity that you require. Folded original parts or assembly's can also be reproduced in this way.

Folded Parts Development

Using our CNC multi-axis Press Brakes, we can fold parts to your specification and provide folded prototypes to allow you to test your designs before going into full production. You can then modify your CAD files accordingly or we can do that for you. Modification of CAD files to achieve accurately folded parts is no problem to our experienced staff..
